Wedstrijdshow 9 mei 2026
Dit jaar delen we de wedstrijdshow op in drie delen. Tussen de shows ontstaat daardoor tijd en ruimte voor ontmoeting. De gasten van de show worden voorzien van koffie en thee tussen de shows en samen toosten we na afloop met een passend drankje. We rekenen op goed weer en de show zal dan plaatvinden voor het kasteel, zoals ook de show was ingericht op Moederdag 2025. Een rode loper tot over de brug en stoelen onder aan de trappen.
Door deze keuze vinden we niet alleen meer tijd voor onderlinge contacten maar bieden we ook bezoekers van de Kasteeltuinen een kans om één of meerder showgedeelten te bekijken vanaf de muurtjes van de brug of één van de extra stoelen die door Kasteeltuinen Arcen worden gereserveerd. 80 stoelen worden gereserveerd voor de NHV.
Alleen onze aangemelde deelnemers en aangemelde gasten maken deel uit van de entourage en hebben toegang tot de ontmoetingsruimten. NB: Ben je niet tijdig aangemeld en sta je niet op de gastenlijst, dan is toegang tot het besloten gedeelte en de catering daarvoor niet mogelijk. Dit heeft te maken met het beperkt aantal personen en de veiligheid.
Ontvangst vanaf 12:30, start eerste deel show om 13:00 uur.
Dresscode. Kom feestelijk, bij voorkeur in de stijl van een bruiloftsgast, maar vooral: met iets op je hoofd!
Gasten, NHV-leden, niet-deelnemers
Iedereen is welkom om als gast naar de show te komen kijken. Als gast van de wedstrijdshow ben je verzekerd van een zitplaats, krijg je koffie of thee met een passende lekkernij in de pauzes en als afsluiting een drankje. Er zijn een beperkt aantal stoelen beschikbaar en op is op. En uiteraard kun je de tuinen, het kasteel en de hoedenkramen op het toernooiveld bezoeken. Het park is geopend van 10:00-18:00 uur.

Ben jij deelnemer aan de wedstrijd? Dan ben je meer dan welkom om de wedstrijdshow te komen kijken, dit is kosteloos (zowel voor de show als de entree voor Kasteeltuinen Arcen). Echter… ben op tijd en geef je tijdig op, want op is op.
Hat Show May 9 2026
This year we are dividing the competition show into three parts. This creates time and space for meeting between the shows. The guests of the show will be provided with coffee and tea between the shows, and together we will toast afterwards with a suitable drink.
We are counting on good weather, and the show will then take place in front of the castle, as the show was also set up on Mother’s Day 2025. A red carpet reaching over the bridge and chairs at the bottom of the stairs.
This choice not only creates more time for mutual contacts but also offers visitors of the Castle Gardens a chance to watch one or more parts of the show from the walls of the bridge or from one of the extra chairs reserved by Castle Gardens Arcen. 80 chairs are reserved for the NHV.
Only our registered participants and registered guests are part of the entourage and have access to the meeting rooms. NB: If you are not registered in time and are not on the guest list, access to the restricted area and the catering for it is not possible. This is due to the limited number of people and safety.
Reception from 12:30, start of the first part of the show at 1:00 PM.
Dress code. Come festive, preferably in the style of a wedding guest, but above all: with something on your head!
NHV members, non-participants and other guests
Everyone is welcome to come and watch the show as a guest. As a guest of the competition show, you are guaranteed a seat, receive coffee or tea with a suitable treat during the intermissions, and a drink to conclude. There is a limited number of seats available, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. And of course, you can visit the gardens, the castle, and the hat stalls on the tournament field. The park is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Participants
Are you a participant in the competition? Then you are more than welcome to come and watch the competition show; this is free of charge (both for the show and admission to Arcen Castle Gardens). However… be on time and register early, because once it’s gone, it’s gone.
